TOPS Products LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Azure expertise to own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, drive IaC adoption, and partner with developers to streamline builds and deployments. The role focuses on reliable, scalable Azure infrastructure and cost-optimized operations across peak demand periods.

Qualifications

6+ years in DevOps, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
Deep hands-on Azure experience (compute, networking, identity, storage, security).
Track record of building and owning CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).

Responsibilities

Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to make releases faster, safer, and more automated.
Promote Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform/Bicep) and environment consistency from dev to production.
Collaborate with developers to remove friction in builds, testing, and deployment.
Provide visibility into build, release, and deployment metrics (e.g., DORA).
Operate Azure environment across networking, identity, access control, and security.
Drive reliability, performance, and scalability improvements, including seasonal readiness.
