TOPS Products is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and modernize how we build, ship, and run software on Azure. You will influence CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and reliability practices, collaborating with engineering, security, and leadership with autonomy to fix blockers.

The role focuses on Azure platform operations, cost optimization, and scalable, secure deployments that perform during peak periods. You will lead incident reviews and document platform standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Deep hands-on Azure experience (compute, networking, identity, storage, security).
• Track record of building and owning CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to make releases faster and safer.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform/Bicep) across environments.
• Collaborate with developers to remove friction in builds, testing, and deployment.
• Lead incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and preventive fixes.
