Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer who owns the software delivery infrastructure from code commit to production, spanning GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Azure, and AWS. You will enforce quality gates, automate deployment pipelines, and mentor teams while keeping infrastructure repeatable, observable, and secure in a hybrid Plano, TX environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or cloud infrastructure with production ownership.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform or similar.
• Experience with AKS or Kubernetes.
• Security-minded with pipeline gates and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Standardize pipeline patterns with reusable templates and documented workflows.
• Manage access control and audit logging in GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Integrate security and quality gates into pipelines—static analysis, secret scanning, dependency checks.
• Operate Azure infrastructure via IaC: compute, networking, containers, databases, storage, identity.
• Support AWS project using the same IaC and pipeline standards.
• Own observability and reliability across Azure and AWS environments.
