Job summary

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer in Miami. The role focuses on optimizing AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes across a diverse tech stack, including Java, PHP, Scala, Perl, and Node.js.

You will partner with software, BI, AdOps, and customization teams to improve performance, security, and cost efficiency while supporting on‑call and incident response with scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 300+ AWS/Cloud instances experience in production environments.
• Terraform and Ansible; scripting in Python or Java.
• CI/CD pipelines experience with Jenkins, Git, and message queues.
• Familiarity with databases (RDS, DynamoDB, MySQL) and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for security, scalability, and high availability.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and environment configurations across stacks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support deployments and performance.
• Develop automation tools to monitor health and optimize AWS usage and costs.
• Participate in incident response and on‑call support; assist with deployment workflows.
