DigiCert is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to advance our infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. The role requires deep expertise in systems, networking, and security with a focus on automation, reliability, and scale.

The candidate will lead, mentor, and shape infrastructure strategy, drive zero-touch provisioning, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve resiliency and observability.

Formación

• Strong Linux administration background.
• Proficient scripting and automation using Ansible, Bash, Python, Packer, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC) and provisioning tools.
• Experience with datacenter operations including racking, stacking, and remote system management.
• Monitoring systems and developing dashboards for observability.
• Networking basics in Linux environments including BGP and DNS.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of infrastructure automation, monitoring, and system reliability practices to provide 100% service availability.
• Perform forensic system administration and troubleshoot Linux systems.
• Champion DevOps best practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and zero-touch provisioning.
• Utilize release management, incident management, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
• Instrument services with visualization to speed triage and reduce MTTR.
• Mentor DevOps and engineering teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to increase system resiliency and improve infrastructure strategy.
