Job summary

Bluprynt is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data pipelines for our Compliance OS. You will be one of a small group of engineers, owning the platform end to end and setting the standard for how the team works.

This role requires building with AI agents as a core part of the workflow, designing pipelines, guardrails and review processes to keep speed and quality aligned. You will lead security, observability and cost controls across environments.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment pipelines end-to-end.
• Lead move to a unified monorepo with automated checks on merges.
• Maintain reliable blockchain data integrations and indexing.
• Build agentic development workflows and environment setup.
• Accelerate onboarding so new engineers ship quickly.
• Set up observability, alerting, incident response and cost controls.
• Own security, secrets management and infrastructure hardening.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deploy in real environments.
• Review PRs to enforce quality, context and documentation.
