Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You will scale our cloud infrastructure, automate security checks, and ensure reliable deployments within a HIPAA-regulated environment.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) to improve observability, reliability, and security across our platform. Flexible remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud engineering.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC-2, and ISO controls and their technical implementation.
• Fluent with CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling to enable fast, secure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on DevOps across network, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Align DevOps processes with security best practices and embed them in the org.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability with CloudWatch and DataDog.
• Automate security scanning and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform for reproducibility.
