Job summary

The NAGA Group AG is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to manage and scale multi-cloud infrastructure and on-call operations. You will work across AWS, Azure, on-prem, and container platforms to implement robust CI/CD, observability, and security practices.

You will design and maintain production Kubernetes environments, run incident response, and collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep working knowledge of AWS (VPC, EKS, EC2, IAM).
• Strong Terraform skills and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
• Solid Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) and Windows Server skills.
• Hands-on with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging infrastructure.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Methodical root-cause analysis under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Extend CI/CD and GitOps delivery model on GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Operate Kafka (Strimzi), RabbitMQ clusters, and MQTT messaging infrastructure
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards and alert rules
• Support PostgreSQL environments including replication health and schema changes
• Support MT4/MT5 trading services and payment-provider integrations
• Apply least-privilege security across cloud accounts and internal services
• Join the on-call rotation and lead root-cause investigations
• Partner with backend, data, and product teams to turn operational findings into infrastructure improvements

• Exposure to MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure

• Cost optimization and FinOps practice
