Shape the Future of Digital Health
We're looking for a DevOps leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment and enjoys building robust, automated systems that empower developers and business teams alike.
What You’ll Do
- Own the CI/CD lifecycle: Design and build automated pipelines that support continuous integration, testing, and delivery, enabling teams to release features rapidly and confidently.
- Drive cloud infrastructure excellence: Architect and manage scalable, high-performance cloud environments (primarily AWS, with occasional use of Azure), leveraging infrastructure as code and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Partner across teams: Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and security engineers to embed DevOps best practices into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Ensure performance and reliability: Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Champion security and compliance: Work hand-in-hand with our Global Security Team to enforce secure-by-design principles, implement protocols like OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Continuously innovate: Stay on the forefront of DevOps trends, tools, and cloud technologies, and bring fresh ideas to improve our platform's agility, resilience, and performance.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS (and optionally Azure), including designing and managing cloud-native services and infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (such as .NET, Python, or Java) for automation and tool development.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tools.
- Familiarity with security protocols and regulatory compliance frameworks—especially in cloud or biopharma settings.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus points for experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or familiarity with compliance standards in the life sciences industry.
