Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

I'm working with a fast-growing tech company in the cybersecurity space that's building large-scale data and AI platforms to keep users and businesses safe online. They're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure supporting AI/ML systems, real-time data pipelines, and scalable web applications.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite in Austin). You'll play a key part in building secure, reliable systems using modern cloud-native tools.

Details:

Full-time, direct hire

Salary: $150k-$170k + full benefits

Hybrid in Austin, TX (2 days onsite/week)

What You'll Do:

Design and manage cloud infrastructure supporting APIs, data workflows, and ML pipelines

Implement observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana

Use AWS services (including newer GenAI tools like Bedrock or SageMaker)

Build and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Spacelift

Work closely with engineering and data teams to deploy new features

Ensure systems meet high standards for reliability and security

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles for cloud or SaaS environments

Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Spacelift)

Experience supporting AI/ML systems or model pipelines

Familiarity with observability/monitoring stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, etc.)
