Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own the DevOps function for the Qubit Fulfillment Platform. You will design, build, and operate Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation that enable safe, frequent releases.

You will mentor engineers, set DevOps standards, and collaborate with Platform, SRE, and Software teams globally. You will manage 24x7 availability, security best practices, and global multi-tenant data services, including PostgreSQL and Elastic clusters, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Mentor engineers and establish DevOps standards across squads.

Responsibilities

• Mentor DevOps engineers and review infrastructure and pipelines.
• Design, build, and operate Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
• Define and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and release automation for multi-service deployments.
• Build observability and centralized logging with modern tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
