Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering across multiple agile teams. You will partner with architects, security, and infrastructure to design scalable, automated delivery platforms that enable faster, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing DevOps architecture in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, CI/CD experience.
• Hands-on Linux and Windows deployment/troubleshooting.
• Automation scripting in PowerShell or Python.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• IaC experience with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering across multiple teams.
• Lead automated CI/CD pipeline design, including build, test, release, and deployment workflows.
• Design IaC solutions for provisioning and managing environments.
• Embed security and compliance into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Drive containerization and cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Provide Level-3 production support and improve observability and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and promote automation and engineering discipline.
• Continuously optimize platforms and processes for speed, quality and cost.
