Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Principal DevOps Architect to lead the cloud platform strategy for global, multi-tenant clinical-trial services. This hands-on role designs platform architecture, sets standards for IaC, CI/CD, and AI tooling, and mentors engineers while maintaining HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 Type 2 readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE/DevOps/platform engineering delivering CI/CD, REST API deployment, containerization, and observability.
• Proven ability to set architecture standards and influence delivery without direct management.
• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines on AWS and deploying containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and technical roadmap for infra, deployment, observability, and AI platform.
• Set standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and AI tooling with reference implementations.
• Mentor engineers across teams, leading by example in code and incident response.
• Drive move to infrastructure as code and AI tooling with guarded adoption.
• Oversee release management, blue/green and canary strategies and rollback plans.
