Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Principal DevOps Architect to own platform architecture, define standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and AI tooling, and hands-on implement Terraform and pipelines across a multi-tenant cloud.

You will ensure HIPAA-compliant operations, lead SRE practices, and guide teams through scalable, secure deployment in AWS with Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE/DevOps/platform engineering.
• Demonstrated technical authority across teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and reusable modules.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in HIPAA/HITECH/PHI or PCI DSS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and technical roadmap for infrastructure, deployment, observability, and AI platform.
• Set engineering standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and AI tooling and drive adoption with reference implementations.
• Mentor engineers across teams and lead by example in code, infra, and incident response.
• Lead move to infrastructure as code and AI tooling while managing tool vetting and governance.
• Oversee release management, blue/green/canary deployment strategies, and safe rollbacks.
