Senior Technical Recruiter at Flowmentum

We are seeking a senior-level engineer who is comfortable operating under high visibility on an enterprise AI/DevOps project. The role requires proactive communication, ownership, and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

You will be working with TestMate / DevMate / agentic systems, supporting evaluation, debugging, and coordinating with Meta’s internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute and debug agentic AI evaluations
• Collaborate with internal Meta leads
• Provide daily visibility updates
• Surface blockers early (non-negotiable)
• Own tasks end-to-end
• Be able to ask for help, not go dark
