Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
• Experience using a nonprofit CRM to manage donor relationships and reporting
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors and prospects through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Lead annual and year-end giving campaigns and oversee monthly and other giving strategies.
• Develop strategies to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors and move prospects through the fundraising pipeline.
• Monitor donor performance, manage fundraising goals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee donor stewardship and alumni relations programs, including communications and events.
• Lead CRM usage, dashboards, reporting, and development operations, including gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with programs, marketing, and events to support fundraising priorities and vendor coordination.
