Job summary
Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a senior scientist to lead and execute research and product development projects across multiple disciplines in the clinical and life sciences fields. You will design experiments, analyze data, supervise teams, and collaborate across departments to drive innovative solutions.
The role requires strong scientific fundamentals, advanced data analysis skills, and experience in immunoassays with leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Postdoctoral or industrial experience preferred.
- Masters may be considered with additional research experience.
- Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with MSD platform.
Responsibilities
- Develops, designs, and executes experiments to support research and product development.
- Leads technical teams and coordinates work of others.
- Prepares experimental procedures and records.
- Analyzes data and presents findings to peers and clients.
- Troubleshoots and optimizes experiments; communicates solutions.
- Performs literature and market research on new areas.
- Procur es reagents and equipment.
- Mentors and develops direct reports.
