City and County of Denver is seeking a Senior Development Project Administrator who will lead multi‑agency review processes for complex development projects. You will coordinate design reviews, zoning and permitting tasks and serve as a primary liaison across internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely approvals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in development review or zoning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in City or Regional Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of professional experience reviewing development projects, rezoning, or amendment requests.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Associate City Planner and multi-agency review team to ensure review and approvals are completed accurately.
• Maintain exceptional customer service to efficiently assist development projects through the review and approval process.
• Manage large-scale and multi-phased developments through infrastructure, site planning, and subdivision phases.
• Coordinate with City Agencies to implement city plans, regulations and policies through the review process.
• Provide urban design guidance for projects within Design Review Districts.
• Balance multiple projects and coordinate across departments and external agencies to manage expectations.
