Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Development Platform to lead operational delivery and continuous improvement of technology platforms supporting critical business and development functions in King of Prussia, PA.

You will translate business needs into practical platform plans, partner with stakeholders across IT and business, and drive complex initiatives to ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance while achieving measurable service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of information technology experience.
• Experience managing technology platforms, enterprise applications, or business-critical systems.
• Experience leading complex projects in global organizations.
• Experience in regulated/pharma/biotech environments preferred.
• Vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery, platform management, and enterprise architecture.
• Understanding regulatory requirements, validation, cybersecurity, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tactical and operational plans that support platform objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead complex projects ensuring delivery against value, compliance, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate planning, delivery, enhancement, and support for current and future platform services.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and operating models to align with goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to shape roadmaps and service improvements.
• Manage implementation and adoption of new products, technologies, and standards.
• Maintain and improve information services, platforms, and architectures for stability, security, and scalability.
• Ensure regulatory, security, data governance, and audit readiness.
• Promote training and awareness on compliance and operational requirements.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor platform performance and drive proactive improvements.
