Job summary

CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Director, Portfolio Development Process & Standards Lead to establish and maintain a framework for planning, evaluating and reporting clinical trials and programs with the highest quality standards.

You will drive SOP updates, develop a fit-for-purpose training curriculum across PD, and lead cross-functional, international teams to improve design, execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in health/medical related field preferred.
• 12+ years in biotech/pharma or biomedical research organization.
• 5+ years managing Clinical Research & Development projects; clinical trials experience required.
• 3+ years managing process improvement initiatives; ability to influence change.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multicultural international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages all Portfolio Development SOP updates with partner SMEs.
• Drives development of a fit-for-purpose PD training curriculum.
• Provides guidance on process expectations and stakeholder management.
• Tracks and manages cross-functional PD process improvement initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives supporting design and execution excellence.
