Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years combination of education and successful work experience.
• 4-7 years of fundraising experience.
• CFRE certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 major donors and prospects to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters.
• Identify donors’ passions, build relationships, and develop mid-level giving opportunities.
• Create and present proposals for general operating, endowment, campaigns, and planned gifts.
• Collaborate with the Giving Team to expand donor base.
• Track communications and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies.
• Support institutional advancement efforts with 5–10 institutional donors.
