We’re partnering with a dynamic real estate investment and development firm that is actively expanding its Houston office. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader in development to join a high-performing team with a robust pipeline of Class A retail shopping centers, multifamily, medical, office, and industrial projects.

The Role

As Senior Development Manager, you’ll oversee the full pre-construction cycle including:

• Reviewing anchor tenant leases and work letters for development & construction accuracy
• Navigating entitlements and permitting
• Leading constructability and value engineering reviews
• Supporting proforma development and budget/schedule planning
• Managing civil, A&E consultants
• Partnering with the acquisitions team on strategic deals

Projects range from $7M to $100M+ and the culture is fast-paced, team-driven, and fun.

• Full entitlement & permitting cycles
• Consultant management & pre-con coordination
• Lease/work letter negotiation
