Senior Development Manager – (Progression to Director)
$200,000–$230,000 + Annual Bonus + 401(k) + PTO + Full Benefits
Houston, TX (Commutable from: Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland and surrounding areas)

Are you a Senior Development Manager or experienced Energy Development professional looking for the opportunity to step into a Director-level position and take ownership of major projects?

This company are established with a relatively lean team, you’ll have direct exposure to senior leadership, real ownership over projects and the opportunity to make a visible impact as the business continues to expand.

On offer is a leadership role where you’ll set project strategy, manage budgets and schedules and build relationships key stakeholders. You’ll also have further scope to build the team as the business grows.

This role would suit a Senior Development Manager or Renewable Energy Development professional who is ready for increased responsibility, greater ownership and a genuine route into Director-level leadership.
