Job summary

Epiphany School is seeking an Associate Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and engage with donors, focusing on the Annual Fund and special events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, team leadership, and donor engagement with at least seven years of experience. The role is full-time on-campus in Seattle and includes a competitive salary range of $100,000–$120,000. Additional benefits include paid holidays and substantial vacation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience with 3-5 years in fundraising.
• Track record in annual fund leadership and major gift solicitation.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to reach revenue targets totaling $1 Million+ per year.
• Recruit and support volunteers for fundraising initiatives.
• Design and implement a stewardship program for Annual Fund donors.
