Job summary

Qualifications

• One+ year of experience in customer service, donor relations, or other public-facing roles.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Experience with scheduling for large groups and for senior-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for calendars, travel and donor visit itineraries, and preliminary research for proposals/briefs.
• Draft letters and briefs; maintain documentation; provide budget support and project management.
• Coordinate and track donor acknowledgment processes with personal, detailed letters and special correspondence.
