• Develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with PBT's mission and priorities.
• Build and deepen relationships with donors and institutional partners, focusing on major gifts.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects.

• Prepare and manage the annual Development budget and monitor results monthly.
