Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA progress preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in construction or real estate.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and construction accounting practices.
• Hands-on experience leading the draw process and partner compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly draw process for development projects with timely reviews and funding.
• Coordinate change orders and budget reallocations within the draw cycle with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate project setup, invoicing, and reconciliation in Yardi and related systems.
• Maintain organized project documentation and audit backups.
• Mentor junior Development Coordinators and collaborate with legal, finance, and partners.
