The role operates in an AI-First delivery model where small, senior teams use approved AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate requirements interpretation, solution design, coding, testing, documentation, release readiness, and continuous improvement while maintaining enterprise standards for quality, security, accessibility, observability, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and support production-ready B2B Sales Technology solutions using modern application, data, integration, and cloud engineering patterns.
  • Build and maintain application and integration components using Python, Java, SQL, REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and Azure-native development practices as appropriate to solution scope.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Scrum Leads, Tech Leads, Data and Analytics teams, QA, DevSecOps, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate outcomes into technical stories, designs, estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Work with Databricks datasets, SQL outputs, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Foundry, Power BI, and related data services to consume, validate, troubleshoot, and operationalize sales technology data flows.
  • Develop secure integrations across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce/GB360, Seismic, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, M365, MarTech tools, Power Automate, MFT, BenefitFlow, and external data providers.
  • Use approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code creation, test design, documentation, refactoring, troubleshooting, and technical research while maintaining human review and engineering accountability.
  • Contribute to agentic workflow, automation, and AI-enabled delivery patterns that improve seller productivity, operating efficiency, reporting quality, and speed to value.
  • Participate in Agile team routines, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, release readiness activities, and cross-team dependency conversations.
  • Apply secure design and coding practices including authentication, authorization, secrets management, dependency scanning, auditability, monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and production support readiness.
  • Investigate defects, integration failures, data discrepancies, performance issues, and production incidents; document root causes and implement durable fixes.
  • Improve engineering practices through peer reviews, reusable patterns, automated testing, CI/CD discipline, feature flags, technical debt reduction, and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of software or product engineering experience building and running production systems.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Python and/or Java, with the ability to design, code, test, debug, and support maintainable software components.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including ability to validate source-to-target data, analyze query outputs, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, file-based integrations, or other enterprise integration approaches.
  • Experience with cloud development preferably Azure, source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or comparable deployment tooling.
