Boson AI is hiring its first Developer Relations Manager to own the developer journey from first hearing about Higgs to shipping a production voice agent. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, starting as a senior individual contributor and potential team growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer relations, advocacy, solutions engineering, or software engineering with public technical content or talks
• Strong Python, plus comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript, REST and WebSocket APIs, and async/streaming code
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI APIs/models such as LLM, speech, or vision
• Clear, engaging technical writing and speaking, with sharable examples
• Ability to prioritize across content, community, and product feedback in a fast-moving startup environment
• Ability to use agentic AI efficiently to deliver at a superhuman level

Responsabilités

• Own quickstarts, notebooks, sample apps, and API walkthroughs from API key to first audio in minutes
• Build reference apps showing real-time voice and avatar agents, STT+LLM+TTS pipelines
• Own ecosystem integrations (Pipecat, LiveKit, Twilio, SIP) from prototype to maintained and announced
• Be the technical voice in public: blog posts, demos, livestreams, talks, workshops
• Engage developers on GitHub, Hugging Face, X, Reddit, LinkedIn; triage issues and build community
