Jane is hiring a Senior Developer to help move Online Booking and My Account to React, spanning frontend and backend work with TypeScript and Rails. You will champion accessibility and contribute to design docs while keeping systems live during migrations.

You will collaborate across teams, own long-lived bugs, and mentor others. Expect a remote-first environment across multiple regions and a thriving AI-enabled workflow.

Qualificações

• 5+ years building software at senior level.
• Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience.
• Full stack background with API/backend & frontend work.
• Experience modernizing long-lived codebases while live in production.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA, keyboard, ARIA accessibility.
• Experience shipping with feature flags, gradual rollouts, and production monitoring.
• Collaborative, clear communication style and willingness to teach others.
• Experience using AI in coding to speed large changes.
• Rails experience is a plus to ramp quickly.
• Bonus: client-side routing, screen reader testing, embeddable widgets.

Responsabilidades

• Move Online Booking and My Account to React, building new features and migration.
• Work across the stack with React, TypeScript, and Rails, connecting frontend and backend.
• Champion accessibility in all deliverables for keyboard and screen readers.
• Contribute to design docs and pressure-test architecture plans.
• Own tricky, long-lived bugs and improve code with each touch.
• Mentor teammates through pairing and thoughtful code reviews.

• Leverage AI to accelerate migrations while keeping quality in check.
