Job summary

Interclypse Inc is seeking an IAM Developer/Architect to build and manage the IAM framework for Maryland Benefits applications. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in IAM. Responsibilities include designing SSO solutions and implementing RBAC policies. Job description

Responsibilities

• Architecting and hands‑on developing the end‑to‑end IAM framework for all Maryland Benefits applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Implementing and managing Single Sign‑On (SSO) solutions with Entra ID.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining strong Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Leading the hands‑on integration and development of IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (for enterprise/consumer access).
• Implementing and managing Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication policies across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or another related scientific or technical discipline. (Note: A Master’s degree is preferred.)
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a senior developer or architect role focused exclusively on IAM.
• Proven experience designing and building enterprise‑level IAM solutions for large‑scale, public‑facing applications.
• Strong, hands‑on experience with leading Microsoft Entra ID.

All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland.
