Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Developer – Data Warehousing & Infrastructure to support a company focused on modernizing enterprise data platforms within a technology‑driven environment. The position is hybrid in Fort Washington, PA. The Senior Developer – Data Warehousing & Infrastructure will lead the design, optimization, and governance of large‑scale data warehousing systems and cloud infrastructure, empowering the organization to advance its analytics capabilities and accelerate data‑driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing large‑scale enterprise data warehouses and supporting infrastructure
• Building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines across diverse data sources
• Improving performance and reliability of cloud and on‑prem data platforms
• Mentoring associate and mid‑level engineers and supporting cross‑functional teams
• Ensuring governance, security compliance, and participation in Azure cloud migration projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or infrastructure
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, Azure AD, resource management)
• Advanced SQL skills, database optimization, ETL/ELT development, and cloud‑native data platform expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Compensation

• Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 depending on experience
