Job summary

Uber is seeking a Developer Advocate to empower the Cadence ecosystem by creating resources, demos, and tutorials for engineers building Cadence-based services. You will engage with open-source communities, present at conferences, and help shape the advocacy strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering or developer relations.
Strong backend development experience with Go or similar languages.
Experience building distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Experience creating technical content, demos, or talks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to engage with open-source communities.

Responsibilities

Build and grow the Cadence developer community through content, talks, workshops, and events.
Help developers understand and adopt Cadence in production.
Create hands-on examples, demos, and tutorials for Cadence users.
Engage with the open-source community via GitHub, Slack, meetups, and conferences.
Work with Cadence engineers to identify gaps and improve developer experience.
Represent Cadence at technical conferences and community events.
Contribute to shaping Cadence's developer advocacy strategy and roadmap.
