Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join the Detection and Response (D&R) team in the United States.

You will design, pilot, and deploy logging and alerting to detect malicious activity across endpoints, infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments, while building automation to enhance threat hunting and incident response capabilities. You will investigate events, triage incidents, and fingerprint evolving adversary TTPs, collaborating with multiple Snap teams to ensure

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of post-Bachelor security experience (or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years).
• Experience in cloud security and incident response preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.”
