Doppel is an AI-native cybersecurity platform focused on defending executives, employees, customers, and brands from phishing, impersonation, and fraud. You will investigate the hardest email threats and translate findings into detections, evals, AI behavior, and product capabilities that scale across customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in detection engineering, incident response, or threat intel.
• Ability to turn messy detection failures into durable fixes.
• Understanding phishing, BEC, impersonation, credential theft, and evolving social-engineering TTPs.
• Translate expert judgment into scalable detection logic, tests, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own detection problems end-to-end — from detection hypothesis to production coverage.
• Use AI as a force multiplier — build evals, supervise model behavior, and automate investigations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on signals, detection logic, edge cases, and validation.
• Work with customers and GTM on detection gaps, real-world TTPs, and platform behavior.
• Turn tooling, threat-intelligence partnerships, and provider relationships into new signals and detection capabilities.
