• Associate’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS; basic Linux is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone calls for technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide remote and in-person support for on-site and remote staff.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers.
• Deploy and support Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Document troubleshooting steps and configurations; maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with network/system admins to resolve complex issues.
