The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior design, and proficiency with rendering tools.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture/interior design
• Proficiency with rendering software (Enscape/Lumion)
• Proficient with Office 365 tools
• Knowledge of furnishings and finishes
• Working knowledge of building codes
• Strong graphic communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of workplace design concepts from visioning through implementation.
• Create compelling design narratives, renderings, and visual materials.
• Participate in client workshops and presentations to communicate ideas.
• Develop test fits, workplace programming concepts, and space planning solutions.
• Research workplace trends and design strategies, materials and furnishings.
• Produce high-quality visualization materials and diagrams.
