Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Designer for the Web Presence & Platform team. You’ll shape Stripe’s most visible web surfaces, designing product pages, evolving storytelling for industries, and refining reusable patterns to scale work across stripe.com.

You will partner with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to solve problems, uphold design standards, and deliver measurable impact at scale. This is a remote-friendly, senior-level role demanding craft and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of design experience in web or product marketing.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Figma and component-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com pages.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems and solutions.
• Maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe’s design standards at scale.
• Balance storytelling with usability to create engaging, credible pages.
• Use user research, testing, and data to guide decisions and validate designs.
• Participate in critique and feedback sessions to raise the team’s quality.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to craft for functional and visually excellent designs.
