Job summary

IPSY is seeking a Senior Designer, Social & Digital to join our Creative team in a remote-first environment with occasional on-site collaboration in Los Angeles.

You’ll craft paid and organic social creative, animate assets, and help shape content concepts for feeds, short-form hooks, and platform-native storytelling. The role collaborates with the Art Director and production designers to drive the always-on content engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a social/paid media focus.
• BA/AA in graphic design or a related field.
• Digital-first, platform-native mindset focused on in-feeds performance.
• Strong motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for paid and social content.
• Portfolio demonstrating both organic social design and paid/performance creative.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate paid media assets across paid social, display, and other growth channels.
• Translate brand campaigns into performance-driven creative, balancing brand integrity with conversion goals.
• Build and iterate on creative based on performance data, competitive insights, testing results, and platform best practices.
• Design daily and weekly organic social content for owned channels.
• Adapt brand campaigns and themes into scroll-stopping, platform-native content.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines without making content feel like a repurposed brand asset.
• Partner with the Art Director and channel leads on strategic ideation for monthly themes, content concepts and style guides, bringing a point of view on trends and platform behavior.
• Support the Art Director on experiential and events creative, from concept through on-site execution.
• Assist with Art Direction and production of monthly photoshoots.
• Occasional support on decks or event collateral, as needed.
