Job summary

Penguin Random House is seeking a Senior Designer for PRH Christian Marketing to craft digital and print collateral across web, social, and email. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to translate brand stories into compelling visuals.

The role emphasizes strong typography, fast turnaround, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic publishing environment with opportunities to work on AI-assisted workflows and new design techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing designer, preferably in publishing or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showing typography and layout across print and digital formats.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design materials for seven imprints, plus corporate design needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine designs and route work.
• Manage projects through Monday.com and Ziflow; communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Archive work and maintain naming conventions; stay current on design trends.
