Job summary

Penguin Random House Christian Publishing Group seeks a Senior Designer to join our Creative Services team. The Senior Designer will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for producing digital content to support PRH Christian marketing efforts across web, social, and email platforms, as well as designing and producing print and promotional items, and collaborating with the Creative Director as corporate opportunities arise.

This is NOT a cover design position.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years marketing designer experience in publishing or advertising.
Portfolio demonstrating design and typography.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design materials across 7 imprints and corporate design needs.
Refine designs with the Marketing team and incorporate feedback.
Manage projects through Monday.com and Ziflow and prepare files for stakeholders.
Archive work and reinforce department systems and naming structures.
Stay current on design trends and AI tools that speed turnaround.
Participate in Creative Services team and departmental meetings.
Perform other duties as requested by the Creative Director.
