Job summary

Twigeo in New York is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate creative work for world‑class brands, combining design and motion craft with social‑first thinking. You’ll collaborate with strategists, growth marketers, analysts, and creatives across global offices, guiding client conversations, designing and animating assets for paid social, and exploring AI‑driven production to move faster.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing design and client-facing pitches.
• Motion craft and social media instincts aligned with emerging formats.
• AI fluency: using AI tools to accelerate creative production.
• Ownership mentality and ability to lead in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative leadership and mentoring of junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative client discussions and pitches, guiding the thinking behind work and using performance learnings to inform iterations.
• Design and animate high-quality assets for paid social and digital formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate iterations and push visual boundaries where applicable.
• Collaborate across offices with designers, growth marketers, copywriters, and analytics leads to elevate accounts.
