Job summary

2253 Apparel LLC, a Los Angeles–based fashion and lifestyle company, seeks a Senior Designer – Men’s to lead design from concept through production. You will research trends, create mood boards, sketch designs, and develop cohesive men’s assortments, collaborating with merchandising, product development, and production teams to finalize fabrics, trims, fits, and construction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in men’s apparel design, including concept development and seasonal collections.
Strong understanding of fabrics, washes, trims, fit, and garment construction, esp. denim and lifestyle.
Proficiency with industry design tools and digital presentation formats.
Experience translating market insights into commercially relevant products.
Ability to collaborate with merchandising, technical design, sourcing and production teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop men’s apparel collections from concept through production.
Research seasonal trends, create mood boards, sketches, and cohesive assortments.
Prepare and maintain design packs; oversee color and print direction.
Review samples and fittings; adjust designs to meet quality and cost targets.
Partner with leadership to refine brand strategy within the men’s segment.
