As our firm continues to grow, we seek the next great designer — you. We are currently hiring a Senior Designer II to join our Landscape Architecture team in our Orlando office. This experienced role requires technical expertise in site design; the candidate will independently manage projects and train Designers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management responsibilities that include conducting and managing all phases of a project from concept through all design phases, construction documentation, specification preparation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with people in other disciplines, with clients, and with jurisdiction reviewers and staff.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities by helping with proposal writing and interview presentations.
• Prepare renderings and graphics for projects.
• Mentor, manage, and train Designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study
• Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license in respective state.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and VantagePoint.
• Excellent graphic skills, both hand and computer generated.
• Knowledge of local jurisdiction and state permitting/approval processes.
• Knowledge of plant materials commonly used in the region.
• Project Management experience.
