Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a senior designer to shape the Casino design system and create campaign visuals across push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, paid social, OOH and video.

You’ll collaborate with motion designers to deliver high-volume, compliant work, bringing strong typography and layout skills, plus expert Figma proficiency. This role drives fast calendar execution and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a design role in an agency or in-house studio.
• Portfolio strong across digital and campaign design, with evidence of both conceptual pieces and high-volume work.
• Expert-level Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent typography, hierarchy and layout, including at small sizes or a busy social feed.
• Speed and accuracy together: you can move fast and get it right.
• The ability to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving.

Responsibilities

• Design across push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promo cards, details pages, paid social, OOH and video.
• Take briefs from concept through to final, spec-correct delivery.
• Build and improve components, templates and usage guidance in the design system.
• Work alongside creatives, motion designers and creative ops on shared projects.
• Hand off clean files: correct naming, sensible versioning, layers someone else can open.
• Build legal, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements into your work from the start, so it arrives at review, ready to go.
