Qualifications

• 4+ years of senior design experience in fashion/apparel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign.
• Ability to translate fashion trends into licensed product concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating licensed product development from concept to shelf.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of apparel and fashion accessories for licensed IPs.
• Translate macro/micro fashion trends into cohesive concept-led product lines.
• Provide design feedback on textiles, construction, and graphic placement to licensees.
• Expand Universal style guides for complex garment and accessory constructions.
• Review licensee submissions and provide actionable design feedback from concept to sample.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Legal, and Franchise teams; coordinate with licensees.
