NBCUniversal Media, LLC is seeking a Manager, Design & Development to lead lifestyle accessory design across licensed brands. You will drive concept creation, 3D design, tech packs, and collaborations with licensees and manufacturers to deliver brand-right products.

You will leverage AI design tools and traditional methods to ensure innovative, high-quality results that align with market trends and consumer expectations. This hybrid role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in fashion/product design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably in accessories/licensed consumer products.
• Experience creating detailed tech packs and product specifications.
• Strong proficiency in 3D design, rendering, and product visualization tools.
• Experience utilizing AI design tools in development processes.
• Strong draw‑over, illustration, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft apps, with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes.
