The ideal candidate has 4+ years at an ad/creative studio, a strong multi-disciplinary portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools. Join a fast‑paced agency recognized for culture and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at an advertising/creative agency or design studio.
• Multi-disciplinary portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative capabilities.
• Fluent in designing across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges.
• Provide a unique perspective, creative ideas, and visual support across projects.
• Contribute ideas, references, and insights during creative strategy and concept development.
• Help bring creative ideas to life through moodboards, references, decks, and design thinking.
• Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills across different projects and formats.
• Design and deliver client-ready assets across social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print, pitches, and presentations.
• Craft and elevate visually engaging decks that turn ideas into impactful visual stories.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Own design projects from concept through final execution.
• Support and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with team members across the studio, agency, and client teams.
• Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
