Day One Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Design / Art Direction team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on delivering thoughtful, multi-format design across social, print, and experiential projects.

Requirements include 4+ years in an advertising/creative agency or design studio, a multi-disciplinary portfolio, and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience at an advertising/creative agency or design studio.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and experiential work.
• Ability to deliver concepts from idea to final execution within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use visual thinking to solve strategic business challenges.
• Contribute ideas and craft moodboards, decks, and design thinking outputs.
• Design and deliver client-ready assets across multiple formats.
• Own projects from concept to execution and guide juniors as needed.
• Collaborate with studio, agency, and client teams to elevate work.
