Job summary

L'AGENCE in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Designer for Dresses & Soft Wovens to lead monthly collections, ensure brand-right execution, and drive business growth from concept through production hand-off.

Requirements include 5+ years in design for Women’s Soft Wovens, luxury standards, and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience is a plus. This in-office role runs M-F in LA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a designer role focused on Women’s Soft Wovens (dresses/tops).
• Strong understanding of luxury brand execution and quality standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cohesive monthly collections for Dresses and Soft Wovens.
• Create design cards with sketches, tech details, BOM, and references for production.
• Attend fit sessions, communicate revisions, and review protos and SMS.
• Collaborate with design leadership to align with SKU plan and calendar.
• Stay current on trends and market landscape to inform decisions.
